Filo's copper jewellery is an online shop since 2013 thanks to the work of Katia Napoletano, a craftswoman dedicated to the processing of wire for the creation of unique handmade jewellery.

Payments are handled through Paypal, currently one of the most secure and reliable payment methods on the net.
In addition, your information is safe throughout this website because a secure connection (https) is used.

You can use one of the credit/debit cards listed below, or a Paypal account, a recommended solution to make payments safely and quickly at any online shop.
Transactions, whatever card is used, are handled by Paypal, the online payment service on which Filo, copper jewellery, relies.
Shipping
Delivery time
Once the online purchase procedure is complete it will take one or two days to prepare and ship the item.
Once shipped it will take three or four additional days for a total time that goes:
from 4 to 6 working days.
The shipment is entrusted to an Express Courier, starting from €15, depending on your area.
Warranty
If the jewel should break please contact me. Wrong is human and you are buying entirely handmade products.
You can send me a photo of the jewel, in particular of the breaking point and we will agree whether to repair it, refund the cost or make a new jewel, as close as possible to the original one.
Each jewel can be returned within 30 days after purchase, and will be fully refunded upon return of the item, which will be shipped at the customer's expense.
I am the first to test my products, some lines have been tried for years: as time goes by they are resistant and even more beautiful. I have had a copper necklace for more than six years and the oxidation in the folds of the wire, in contrast with the brightness of the external surface, in contact with the skin, has made it a unique jewel that I will soon try to make again for those who love it like me.
However, copper is a very malleable and relatively soft metal, if subject to excessive traction or repeated stimuli, it deforms and can easily break.
Invoicing
The invoice is sent with the purchased item. You can also request a copy in digital format.
The operation is carried out in accordance with Italian article 1, paragraph 100, of Law 244/2007, according to the fiscal regime of advantage for young entrepreneurs and mobile workers, ex art. 27, paragraphs 1 and 2, of DL 98/2011.
